Welcome to Asia77. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Asia77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at asia77.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Asia77 platform — including its website, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by Asia77 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of Funds by a Player on a game outcome or sports event available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Asia77 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour outlined in Clause 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the Asia77 platform.

To open and maintain an Account on Asia77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Asia77 enforces strict age verification and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all Funds returned.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction may not use the Platform.
3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on Asia77. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed through Asia77 or through any other recognised responsible gambling programme.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of Asia77 or any of its affiliates, game suppliers, or technology partners.

To create an Account, you are required to complete the Asia77 registration process by providing a valid email address, a username of your choice, and a secure password. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Asia77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at Asia77's discretion, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. The documents typically required include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Where applicable, documentation confirming the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account).

Asia77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure, with remaining Funds subject to review.

Your use of the Asia77 platform is subject to the following general conditions. By accessing the Platform, you agree to abide by all applicable terms and any additional rules and policies published by Asia77 from time to time.

• You will use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform or its systems is prohibited.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, or technical measures implemented by Asia77.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that Asia77 does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes.
• You will keep your Account contact information updated. Asia77 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.
• You consent to receiving communications from Asia77 relating to your Account, transactions, security notices, and promotional materials where applicable.
• You acknowledge that Asia77 has the right to record, monitor, and retain all gaming activity, transactions, and communications associated with your Account for compliance, security, and dispute resolution purposes.
• The Platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods. Asia77 will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

6.1 Deposits

Asia77 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods, and RM 100 for cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits are processed and credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to payment processor availability.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — is strictly prohibited. Asia77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment instrument.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted following successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow: 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1 to 3 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on network congestion.

Asia77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, including requests of unusual amounts or patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity. Such requests may be subject to extended review periods not exceeding 5 business days.

Asia77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion — please consult the individual bonus page for applicable requirements.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or other strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Cancellation of Bonuses: Asia77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is being abused or has been claimed in breach of its terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games and live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributes at a rate specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

All betting and gaming activity on Asia77 is governed by the following general rules, in addition to the specific game rules published on each game's information page. By placing a Wager, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.

• All Wagers must be placed using cleared funds in your Account balance. Wagers cannot be placed using pending deposits or unsettled withdrawal amounts.
• Once a Wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Asia77 uses independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any external factor.
• Asia77 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, that resulted from a system malfunction, or that was placed on an event subject to a demonstrably obvious pricing error ("palpable error"). Winnings arising from palpable errors will not be paid.
• In respect of sports betting, all results and outcomes are determined by official competition records. In the event of a dispute, Asia77's decision, informed by reference to official records, shall be final.
• Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. Asia77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.
• The maximum single-bet payout on any Wager is subject to limits that vary by game and market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page.

Asia77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its players. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools that are accessible directly from your Account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours after any upward revision request.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum net loss threshold per day or week. Once reached, no further Wagers may be placed until the relevant period resets.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure automatic session time-out notifications to remind you of time spent gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: You may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications may be configured to remind you of your gaming session duration and net position at regular intervals.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Asia77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Asia77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, and to withhold any Funds where the balance is determined to have arisen from prohibited activity.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property of Asia77 without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, or intercepting, monitoring, or interfering with any communications between other Players and the Platform.

All content available on the Asia77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game software, audio-visual elements, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Asia77 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use the Asia77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by Asia77.

Any unauthorised use of Asia77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to Asia77 for use on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asia77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions; loss of winnings due to system errors or palpable pricing mistakes; interruption of service; unauthorised access to your Account; or any act or omission of a third-party payment processor.

In no event shall Asia77's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms exceed the aggregate amount of Funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude Asia77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The collection, processing, and retention of your personal data by Asia77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Asia77 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, marketing communications (where consented), and regulatory reporting obligations.

Asia77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers operating on our behalf (payment processors, KYC verification providers, IT infrastructure providers) or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Asia77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policies.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to Asia77.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Prohibited Conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting Asia77's support team via live chat or email. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asia77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Asia77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

You acknowledge that the courts of your local jurisdiction may not have supervisory authority over Asia77 as an internationally licensed operator. Nothing in this clause shall restrict Asia77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are governed by the Betting Act 1953 and the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, among other applicable legislation. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.
